Since we do not do residential real estate there is no need to join LIBOR.

This savings can be spent on your marketing.

You will not have access to posting on MLS.  If you wish to do residential in addition to commercial real estate Stellar Rose Group is not a good fit for you.

Commercial real estate is typically Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend showing.  

There are no weekend open houses as there are in residential real estate.

You spend the weekends getting ready for the week ahead.
